TrussWall® System Mobile Cell
For those times when you and your clients want to see Trussbilt products in person but cannot travel to a project site, Trussbilt’s mobile cell can bring them to you.  Our unique, lightweight system travels on a trailer and has been to numerous architect and owner locations including Texas, Canada, California, Arizona, Tennessee, Washington, Illinois and Nevada and two ACA shows. The module is constructed with the components of Trussbilt’s TrussWall^® Cell System:

• TrussWall® wall panels, fully grouted
• TrussDek® security ceiling
• TrussFloor® security floor
• TrussDoor® hollow metal door and frame
• TrussCoat® finish system with InvisaSeam®

Factory Installed Grout Now Available
Trussbilt now offers factory-installed grout as an alternative to on-site grouting during panel installation.  Benefits include:

• Greatly increased speed of installation
• Uniform grout quality
• Reduced labor costs via factory labor vs. on-site labor
• Lower costs for grout and onsite cleanup

Trussbilt’s factory-installed grout has no impact on panel security or structural performance; no special tools are required for onsite cutting or re-sizing.

Budget Pricing Capability
Online budget pricing is now available for registered users of Trussbilt’s website downloadable resources. This capability, initially focusing on TrussDoor® hollow metal doors and frames, allows users to select from a variety of door and frame elevations and to specify which available options are needed. Pricing is based on a quantity of one (1) for each configured door and frame. Although quantity discounts are given during the actual bid process, this capability allows our users to get an idea of the pricing “order of magnitude” for products being specified.

If you are currently a registered user, simply login to the site at www.trussbilt.com/resources.php and select “Budget Pricing Calculator.” If you are not currently registered, you may request access on the same page and a username and password will be sent to you.
